Platforms & registries for sharing participant-level clinical-epidemiological, OMICs & imaging data14/07/21 In the research and public health response to COVID-19, there has been a rush to share data, marked by an explosion of population- and discipline-specific registries. Data sharing platforms, which generally predate the COVID-19 pandemic, have been expanded to include different types of COVID-19-related data. In this webinar, we present a comprehensive, living overview of COVID-19-related platforms and registries for sharing participant-level clinical-epidemiological, OMICs, and imaging data and review the interoperability of data sharing efforts and how these initiatives map to best practice for ethical, equitable, and effective data sharing and application of the FAIR Principles for managing data resources.
